- MIMax InmanSep 8, 20252.0I had a really hard time with a particular set of Maui Jims, not Sunglass Hut fault but exacerbated by Sunglass Hut. They had a pair on the shelf with a scratch, so I couldn't get them outright, I had to order them (why would you keep a pair of $300 glasses with a scratch on it on display?). So I had to wait for the order to be shipped. When I got them, there was an imperfection in the lenses (Not Sunglass Hut fault). The manager did allow me to exchange glasses. But the fact they had scratched glasses on display and then I had to go back to get the glasses (no one called me then they were supposed to, to let me know they were in) and that I could get the similar pair at Dillards for $50 cheaper with probably similar service makes me think that I don't need or want to use Sunglass Hut or Maui Jim again.
