I remember going to this place back when they first opened and even more recently about a year or so ago and there were a lot of items out to choose from and the customer service was A-1. This time I went in around 4:30. Nothing was out except a few cupcakes and a dipped apple . It seemed like they were getting ready to close so I asked what time they closed and was told 5. I ordered 6 because 12 was like 50.00 and I thought it was steep but it is Edible Arrangements and they aren’t cheap. I order from them in Virginia every single year and they always deliver quality products . I am disappointed with this location . The strawberries are small . The box was plain . If I pay for Edible Arrangements I want to see the branding ! The customer service was transactional . Now I have to go spruce this box up - which I really don’t have the time to do smh …

I placed an order today at 9:56 a.m. for same-day delivery and received a call at 1:00 p.m. informing me that the store was CLOSED because they have some issues with "something" and they would not be able to process or deliver my order today and they had to close the store. I was then told it could be delivered tomorrow. If I wanted next-day delivery, I would have scheduled it for the next day. This is extremely frustrating and reflects poor communication and customer service.

Unfortunately, one of the balloons arrived already deflated, and by the time I got off work the next morning (I work overnight, so this was less than 24 hours later), the rest of the balloons had already sunk to the floor. When I contacted the store, an associate who was very understanding initially told me they could be refilled at no charge — which I appreciated, considering the situation. However, the store manager later overruled this and said I would have to pay again to refill the $100 worth of balloons I had just purchased, citing that “helium is too expensive.” To make things worse, the manager seemed more focused on ending the call than resolving the issue. She actually tried to rush me off the phone, saying she “had a conference call” — which felt incredibly dismissive. I believe customers should be prioritized, especially when the product and service fall short.This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. I shouldn’t be expected to pay twice for a product that arrived defective and didn’t even last a full day.
