  Delivery was a little messy. There was a little miscommunication and misinfo. We waited upwards of five hours for this to arrive, completely stalled my birthday. On the other hand, the actual arrangement was amazing. Beautiful, fresh, and flavorful. It was a huge upside to the day. Improving customer service would go a huge way

  Fruit is moldy and soggy as if it’s been sitting in the heat for days and arrived smelting very unpleasant and looking spoiled. When you call they are very unhelpful and rude, Christy I believe was her name. Manager Alice apparently doesn’t care. Considering how expensive they are, you’re better going small business instead for quality because at least they care. I used to love edible arrangements, now it’s disgusting and inedible. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

  Terrible customer service, and the arrangement that was sent was completely inedible. One of the strawberries had visible mold. When I called for resolution, they did not provide one, and this was a birthday gift that they completely ruined and a friend of mine spent money on. Highly recommend that people are aware of the quality and service that this establishment stands by, it mirrors. The other reviews that are so poor on this site. Extremely disappointing.

  I placed an order that was listed for same day delivery 2 days in advanced. I then received a call the day of that I could either have my order cancelled or I would have to upgrade for more money to something completely different that I didn’t ask for, all because they didn’t have the correct container. When I asked if I could do that but just keep the strawberries and pineapples, she told me no, it would be more $40 more because I’d have to upgrade to a completely different arrangement. That is absolutely ridiculous! I purchased what was listed to be available for a reason, it does not make sense why the container should stop my purchase. And it’s even more ridiculous that inquire about the upgrade since that’s the option I received the day of my delivery, they couldn’t make an accommodation to at least keep the integrity of my purchase since I had to pay more money for it. Absolutely the worst service. Incredibly disappointed. Do not recommend the facility.

  If you know another place that does the same thong as them. USE ANOTHER PLACE!!! I have had deliveries scheduled for valentines days or birthdays multiple times to give them multiple chances and they have been late or i had to go pick them up the next days every time. every single time, and then this year i decide to pick to do pickup instead. I have a family emergency the day of the pickup and they call me saying if i dont pick it up today they will cancel my order. Which is bullshit because ive had to go pick orders up before that were supposed to be delivered 2-3 days later because they werent delivered. And they tell me they close at 8, thank goodness i went earlier because they actually close at 6 so i still almost missed my pickup. I am done with thse company.
