I have been a customer at this location in the past, but I will not be returning after my most recent experience. The manager on duty racially profiled my adopted sister and accused us of shoplifting while we were simply carrying our items and preparing to purchase them. Her behavior was unprofessional, accusatory, and unnecessarily rude. She never allowed us to explain, showed no willingness to listen, and displayed a complete lack of compassion. It was clear she had already made up her mind and chose to treat us like criminals without cause. As a pastor’s wife, I was especially disheartened to witness such unkind and inappropriate conduct from someone in a management position. I would hope corporate will interfere and provide better training so other innocent customers are not treated this way.
