- CDCat Dart4 days ago5.0I can NOT rave enough about this store. Halo and James were AMAZING to work with. I am disabled and Halo went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted and more! He made sure my chair would go down the rows with no obstructions and did it with a smile. At checkout both of them helped me, my husband and and my sister and made sure we had the best deal we could on the 4 pair of shoes we bought. Mark my words, I won't stop at the DSW in Baton Rouge again, I'll drive back to Little Rock to shop, and have sister time too! Singing the highest praises here for these two stand out gentlemen!! Much love from the crazy blonde on the bling scooter! See you again soon!

- SKStephen KowalskiDec 31, 20251.0They do not have a Xmas return policy. Purchased a Xmas present 10/25/25 and did not fit. They said the return expired on Christmas day (they were closed?) and refused to accept the unopened return. I had the receipt. DSW is a scam.

- JSJamison SmithSep 8, 20251.0Very poor customer service. Online orders (buy online, pickup in store) are a disaster. They cannot find/lose your order or NEVER pulled it from the sales floor. By the time you're done standing in a long line because they only will staff 1 cashier at a time, you could've went in there and got the shoes off the shelf yourself or went on Amazon (if you are buying the same shoe or know your size and fit depending on brand) and avoided all the headache
