The sales associate who assisted me was truly excellent at her job. She knew exactly how to approach customers, had great product knowledge, and provided attentive, professional service throughout my visit. She was amazing. I am a regular DXL customer, and although I am not from the United States, I travel frequently and recently subscribed to the DXL Rewards program. Since discovering DXL stores, there is no other place I prefer to shop for apparel and accessories. The variety of products you offer is always impressive. Congratulations to the entire team for delivering such a high level of customer service. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I look forward to visiting again.
