My wife and I ended up helping another costumer in the shoe area. When we finally found an employee they were on the phone and had a very poor attitude. Then at check out the lady that checked us out also poor attitude. I get no one wants to work on weekends but come on.

Also, I believe there was a young woman supposedly working in that area as well but they were all standing around doing nothing but waiting for 6:00PM to arrive even though it was 5:10. I would have probably bought two pairs of shoes instead of one if I could have gotten any assistance with someone looking for my size in the back. My heel broke while shopping at Costco and I needed a new pair of shoes to wear to dinner at 6 Otherwise I would not have wasted my time there. Finally when I found a pair myself and was getting ready to try them on, then one of the male clerks sauntered over thinking he would might make a quick sale with no assistance given at all. Nope! I went over to the cosmetics counter and got checked out. That is the only area you get anyone that genuinely cares about helping you and the only place I normally ever go.
