They made sure that the gun that was shipped to their store met my satisfaction. They helped me get the right scope and ammo for my gun as well.

Asked an employee if she could help me find it and, before I knew it, a search party of employees was formed to locate this hat. One of them ended up finding it hidden behind some out of place hats and tracked me down to hand it to me. I really appreciate all of their help and I hope those nice employees see this so they know how much they helped me!

The decor and fish tank are nice touches. The employees are friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. Their Christmas for kids is always a hit with the games, toys and pictures with Santa.

- GGgfoldOct 30, 20255.0Bass pro has literally every outdoor item you could possibly need or want. The variety is wild. I don't need that but it's a truly beautiful store. If you happen to be shopping with any friend family or partner that doesn't enjoy shopping experiences there are numerous comfortable places they can rest and observe from. There is seating around a giant gorgeous rock face fireplace, also one could the entertained by the massive fish tank. There's even a kids section for a child's could be entertained for quite some time. Lots of very interesting gifts/stocking stuffers, and you can find old timey candies and all sorts of delicious goodies. During the Christmas holiday season there are Betty activities for children and adults alike to enjoy. Santa and elves included for your little ones to ask for their Christmas list. Photos included (as I recall it was a reasonable fee). The store is absolutely enormous and one could make it a day destination for the whole family.
