  Was already disappointed by the shoe selection here. Then after getting to the counter and waiting five minutes for one of the two overworked (and probably underpaid) employees to come check me out they informed me I couldn’t use the coupon I had even though there was no fine print stating the reason the employee gave me. What a disappointment and waste after spending a total of an hour running this errand. Grateful I know better shoe stores in town.

  I can NOT rave enough about this store. Halo and James were AMAZING to work with. I am disabled and Halo went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted and more! He made sure my chair would go down the rows with no obstructions and did it with a smile. At checkout both of them helped me, my husband and and my sister and made sure we had the best deal we could on the 4 pair of shoes we bought. Mark my words, I won't stop at the DSW in Baton Rouge again, I'll drive back to Little Rock to shop, and have sister time too! Singing the highest praises here for these two stand out gentlemen!! Much love from the crazy blonde on the bling scooter! See you again soon!

  I purchased these BCBGs on opening day at the store in the Promenade in Little Rock, Arkansas on 2009. They STILL wear well and are holding up. DSW is still a shoe lovers’ Disney World!

  They do not have a Xmas return policy. Purchased a Xmas present 10/25/25 and did not fit. They said the return expired on Christmas day (they were closed?) and refused to accept the unopened return. I had the receipt. DSW is a scam.
