I enjoyed talking with him about my grandkids too and he seemed genuinely interested unlike most retail employees. He mentioned a survey of sorts to fill out to give feedback on the store but I’m not quite sure how to do all that technology stuff so I just want to say here that as long as Penney’s is hiring young people like that Ayden then they’re doing a mighty fine job.

The entire store looks like a thrift store. Half of the store is on clearance. It's disheartening. Why bother having a credit card. Hell I had $10 to spend for free and still left empty handed. Watch what your items ring up at. $22 rang at $26
