  Needed a quick sports jacket and dress clothes for an event on a whim and not only did they have everything I needed, but the customer service rep helped me out and went above and beyond to help find me an unscratched up pair of the shoes I wanted. If only they had a taylor on duty, I would have gotten a fitted suit. I know it’s a chain, but it was old school service that you rarely get anymore.

  Sorry giving 2 stars cause I went in for kids clothes. They had huge sales but I picked up several outfits and couldn't see original price to know what the sale price was. They stuck the "clearance" sticker over it. The sale was colored "clearance" stickers. Each color matched a % off original price. But can't see price so it could have been anywhere from $5-50 🥹 So I didn't buy anything. Walked out and went to Old Navy.

  I work 6-5 Monday through Friday. Arrived at Belk at 6:20 to buy a watch for work. The only lady I saw working In the store told me that the other lady already left for the day and they put the keys up. I asked what time they're normally open and she said "Ten" and I said what time do yall usually close, and she said "Ten". No telling what you can buy and when at this location, there's no staff to help
