  Underwoods takes care of me every time. I love their white-glove, traditional service. I am relaxed by the welcoming interiors and am enjoying building a relationship with the knowledgeable staff. I would never go to any other jeweler, they have a client for life in me!

  I had a wonderful experience of planning and designing a couple of custom rings with Hailey and Tyler! They were fantastic to work with and, I would highly recommend Underwoods for all your jewelry wants and needs!

  It’s taken me too long to get around to writing a review, but I could not recommend them more. My husband and I worked with Troy for a few months to design my custom engagement ring. I could not be happier with the result and with the care they took each step of the way to make sure it was everything we wanted. They took their time helping us choose our diamond and made sure to explain things very thoroughly, then went through multiple revisions of the ring design until it was perfect. They went above and beyond and we definitely will be returning to them to get a matching custom band for it in the future! Thank you Underwoods!

  We loved our experience with Underwoods. From the start of our engagement ring design, to finish, they were so easy, knowlegeable, and personable to work with. Hailey and Tyler listened to every idea I had, and helped bring it to life! Throughout the process they communicated each step to us, and made sure we were consistently on the same page. We cannot reccomend Underwoods enough!
