Sunglass hut customer service told me I could go back to any sunglass hut location, and when I came here Nilu was little to no help. I then proceeded to inform her on the situation she stopped me and told me I couldn’t do that here and then proceeded to tell me to go to the Roger’s location. But then she said a manager could do it. She said she wouldn’t have a manager present until a different day. I understand some procedures are different in other locations but Nilu could've been more customer oriented or not so rude about the situation.
