Looked more like JCPenney used to look when local stores did their own buying and had a merchandise mgmt staff. Only real hindrance to shopping there is the lack of associates to help and the "stupid " checkout wraps. It definitely looked like a department store until you tried to pay for your purchase.......then, it didn't even meet Walmart standards. I miss the old JCPenney
