  Worst customer service on the market. They give you the runaround about EVERYTHING and require a waiting time of an hour minimal each phone call. They WONT transfer you to a manager to get your issue resolved should you have any unresolved concerns. After six months of being overdue on device removal I am completely fed up with this company. The device falls apart all the time, comes unplugged, and malfunctions daily causing children to be stranded when traveling with the person using it. The date was up to have it removed, removal fee paid, but they NEVER called, emailed, text once to inform the client of clearance for removal. Client had to call the state multiple times to see if Low Cost Interlock had even sent the request for device removal. The funny thing is they consistently sent out reminders to pay the monthly fee.
