  I want to say this first: Do NOT order CUSTOMIZABLE CONTAINERS they do not offer them at this location. Arrangements may be very well done or just okay. Expect your arrangements to be in the fridge for at least a day unless you order and pick up same day. During valentine's week it may be up to 2 days depending on how early you order. Other than holidays there are not many orders so I recommend taking that into consideration. You can also walk in to Edible and find pre made arrangements and boxes. If you want to see what you are getting before purchasing you should go in person for the cookies and snacks. This location is a little different, it may or may not have exactly what you are looking for on the website. Some arrangements may have different number or ratio of fruit in them for example. The best thing to do is ask if you are concerned before placing an order. If you have a complaint you should contact the Tuscaloosa location to help you and I would recommend going further if you are still not satisfied (this is only 1 franchise location so contact the company).

  Product that was shown in the picture was not what was received! Flowers was wrapped in plastic… half of the flowers was dead! The chocolate covered strawberries was great.. the white chocolate strawberries was a joke, they was not even ripe and small.. for the price of $150 you would think it would be premium products. We got the Temu version of the product!
