They didn't take a pic, send a text, nothing. My experience with this store last year was different. The lady who made the delivery understood that due to my family member being in a nursing facility, they were limited in communication. She took a picture of him holding his gift and texted it to me, so thoughtful, so I didn't have to try to track down an employee at the nursing home to confirm receipt (I live in TX). The communication has been poor. They never answer the phone, they don't respond to voicemails but they're great at charging your credit card!

I ordered an edible arrangement to be picked up at 5:30 PM and they called me at 2:30 PM saying that I needed to come pick it up right away or I would not be able to receive it until tomorrow because they were closing early. I then proceeded to tell them that I was at work and did not get off until 7 PM but my fiancé was picking it up and he doesn’t get off until 3:30 PM they then proceeded to ask if he could get it right at 3:30 PM I had to reiterate to them that he doesn’t get off until 330 and the earliest he would be able to be there will 4:00pm. I then proceeded to ask them if they could deliver it since they were closing early and they stated that they could not. They were unwilling to work with me, even though they were inconveniencing me. I had to step away from my patient care, get out into 100° weather at seven months pregnant on my “lunch” break to retrieve my items because they told me that if I did not come, I would not be able to get the item until tomorrow and the item is needed today. If I’m spending my hard earned money somewhere the customer service should be a lot better especially if the inconvenience is coming from them!
