  I’m not usually one to leave a review, but my experience at this location last night was honestly horrible. Upon arrival at 7pm(they close at 8), I walked in with a couple of online returns. Nobody greeted me, I walked all the way to the register and the girl at the counter asks very quietly if she can help me. I told her I needed to exchange some items I ordered online. Apparently I interrupted a phone call she was having so she tells whoever is on the phone that she has to go. She proceeds to start processing the return of the online items asking why I was returning(the bras were too small) etc, then says well did you want to look for something to exchange? I said yes, I need to exchange them, she says ok and stands there. So after an awkward moment, I walk to start looking for something to exchange. Mind you, I’ve already told her the bras I ordered were too small, there was never an offer to size me, show me where the bras I had ordered were in the store, or anything. I proceed to choose about 5 other sizes to try since I haven’t been sized, and go to the fitting room. While walking past the first girl I encountered, she is standing at the register on her phone, the next girl I encountered is sitting by the dressing rooms also on her phone. She says, they’re all open. So I proceed to the dressing room try on what I had gathered and still didn’t find exactly what I needed. So I again walk past the two girls on their phones to go back out to look for other options. Come back again and finally after 7:30 has passed, I decide I’m just going to get one that I found that worked and order the other two in the correct size. So I go tell the girl at the register this. Somehow that really complicated things for her, however it did seem as though she may have been new, as she called the girl sitting by the fitting room (maybe a manager? I sure hope not.) over to ask a few questions. One of the bras I had ordered, was not available in the correct size to order, instead of offering a solution, like a different style or color she just proceeds with ordering the one bra in exchange for the other two that I had purchased. So now not only am I out the good sale that I got on the ordered ones, but I’m also down one bra from what I had originally ordered. I also somehow had to pay an additional 47¢ because of what they said was a “tax” difference… For an even exchange, that doesn’t make much sense. In fact it seems like they just didn’t know what they were doing in general. Mind you, I was the ONLY customer in that store the whole almost hour I was in there, yet I was never offered any help whatsoever. I work in retail, so I am well aware of how it is late at night, but I am not the kind of customer that’s going to mess up all your racks or folded items right at close, in fact I’m quite the opposite. I hung all the bras I tried on back up the way they were supposed to be and fixed any racks that I may have thumbed through to find my size. I will go to a different location next time, and hopefully get treated much differently.

  They provide great help choosing a bra and anything else in their store. The Trussville AL staff is always helpful! Very nice ladies and I am happy to shop with!!

  The sales people at this location used to be very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Over the years, the experience here has changed. I went into the store today and there were 2 sales people behind the register, talking to a 3rd salesperson to the left. No one said anything, but I saw one of them alert the other two that someone was in the store. Crickets!!! Only when I turned the corner toward the Cacique section did one of them give me a weak "Welcome to Lane Bryant" and giggle with the other two. That was all. I wanted to get sized for some bras, but after that, I just picked a few underwear items and went to the register. The person who rang me up was looking me up and down, then started ringing up my items. The only time she said something was a comment about my shirt, then looked to the lady at the left like "Check off interacting with the customer." I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The atmosphere was not pleasant or welcoming. I will be going to the Galleria from now on or stop shopping at Lane Bryant altogether.

  I really love this place it has so many things to offer. Also a great place to drop by and pay on your credit card.
