All but one 4-stall dressing rooms closed and each stall packed with unwanted try-ons since there’s no other place to leave things. Had a question and saw a woman putting out stock; to be sure, asked if she worked there. She sighed heavily and said, in a kind of overwhelmed way, that she did. I took pity and said, “I bet you’ve been asked that all day.” Before she could reply, she looked at her device and said to herself “why is he buzzing me now?” She then took off. She returned only a minute later, boss too, and answered my question. It was a buy 1 get 2 free. Great sale but no signage to clear up “2 free”? Two more of the same? Of the same manufacturer?” She answered but I immediately knew that with the overcrowded aisles … I just gave up. Hubby walks up and says to let him show you what he’d found for himself. I go and look. Two signs at the shorts he wanted. One said 20% off and the other said $21.99 - that wasn’t the 20% price. So I used the Belk ago to find the price. Came up $26.99, also not the 20% off price. My decision is this place is too overwhelming even for their staff!!!

I drove 2 hours for a birthday brunch and decided to pick up the item at this location instead of my hometown. No one was willing to help. Everyone stated that the product was not available and may have been in a truck. No one took the time to look. I went out to my car and placed the order online 2 hours later I was there picking up the exact item everyone said the store didn't have but never looked for. I rated the store a 3 only because when I came to pick my order up and mentioned what happened the lady who brought out my online order, she Apologized for the other ladies rude and unprofessional behavior.
