After my boss at Wiggins Insurance, Hunter Russell, told me he met the most incredible woman there named Nat, he absolutely convinced me I needed to start coming back and I am SO glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I am blown away by how helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming everyone was. Customer service like this is rare these days. Nat especially stands out — she is warm, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and taken care of. This Belk has completely won me back as a loyal shopper thanks to my bosses high praises of Nat. If you’re anywhere near Trussville, do yourself a favor and stop in. The team here proves that great stores are built on even greater people(especially Nat). ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The 2 women working in that department around 7-8pm needs to be pulled in the office to watch a couple of videos on customer service.

I was assisted by Nat, the most extraordinary employee. My experience at this Trussville Belk made my entire day better because of the extra-ordinary service by Nat. Nat is the reason I spent hundreds of dollars and the reason I will be going back. The day I came in, there were not many staff members, so Nat had to juggle multiple customers yet Nat never skipped a beat. She helped each customer with grace, respect, and genuine kindness. Not many people today make the effort to build real connections with each customer. I would like to personally recognize Nat for her outstanding service. Nat is truly remarkable and her outstanding customer service is the only reason I am making this my go-to Belk location. Highly recommend!
