I have had to return online merchandise on several occasions, no one at the service desk, and when someone finally shows up, the customer service is very unwelcoming. The days of good customer service is a thing of the past.

After my boss at Wiggins Insurance, Hunter Russell, told me he met the most incredible woman there named Nat, he absolutely convinced me I needed to start coming back and I am SO glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I am blown away by how helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming everyone was. Customer service like this is rare these days. Nat especially stands out — she is warm, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and taken care of. This Belk has completely won me back as a loyal shopper thanks to my bosses high praises of Nat. If you’re anywhere near Trussville, do yourself a favor and stop in.
