- LBLori BaxleyMay 20, 20231.0Rented chairs and tables for a wedding rehearsal. Ordered metal chairs but received white extremely dirty chairs and tables. Had to clean every table and chair before the event….which was very time consuming and aggravating when we had other wedding preparing to get done. They were supposed to be picked up the Monday after the wedding but the owner backed out on getting them that day and didn’t get them until about a week later. We were very disappointed.
- KLKristin LeVequeNov 11, 20221.0I urge anyone considering this business to please spend the extra money and deal with a better company. We rented tables, chairs, and a tent for a wedding. They were delivered to us the week of the wedding and every single item was absolutely filthy! The white chairs we ordered were brown with dirt and the cushions on over 20 seats were ripped. Who would deliver that for a wedding? My family had to pay for someone to come and pressure wash them as well as the tent. When we contacted Teresa about it she was less than helpful and could not seem to care less. We asked for a partial refund and for her to pay for the pressure washing service. After we hassled her for almost a MONTH since she would not answer our calls and texts, she finally sent $150 to cover the cost of pressure washing and “supposedly” sent a $50 refund out of the over $1,000 we paid her. We still have yet to receive the $50. The only good thing out of the entire experience was the three men that delivered and set up the tent. They were kind and efficient. Do not give this place your business!
