  very cold reception and didn't seem interested in custom jewelry.. Hi Tina.. Was there Tuesday 1.6.25 just before noon..I suspect you have cameras and can see the whole interaction.. and based on your response, I believe that you already have.. I was not impressed with the reception upon entering the store, as there were 3 employees present and no customers.. I hope this interaction can help with training your employees.. I felt that my business was not important or wanted..

  I was gifted a small pair of silver and pearl stud earrings in a green Ware box. Unfortunately, after occasional wear for barely 2 months the silver tarnished and one of the pearl earrings fell off and was lost. I have purchased items at the Walmart jewelry counter that have lasted for years.

  I had the most horrible feeling when I walked into this place. I asked if they replaced the batteries on a movato diamond watch. She told me no, however. I see online that they do. Replace the batteries. If you didn't wanna service a black woman, you need to GO OUT OF BUSINESS. THE WORLD IS VERY DIVERSE.LEARN TO SERVICE EVERYONE But the feeling in that place is horrible.

  I walked in and was greeted from the back of the store where an employee asked what she could help me with...I walked to the back where she stood behind the desk to ask if they could size a ring. She immediately says they are not taking any outside sizing orders till after the new year. She was very passive and not overly friendly. As I was leaving I saw a case of David Yurman and asked her across the store if they carried any of the morganite...she never came over to the case and just stated they did not. I was so put off by her service that I will not be back to ever make a purchase here.

  Visited this store to ask pricing on changing a watch battery and the cost for resizing it. We were told they could not help us till after the new years which we found strange. We received a pretty cold reception and they didn't seem to happy to see us. Needless to say, as much as my husband and I love purchasing jewelry, we will not be returning to this store.
