I bought my glasses at this store 16 months ago and one of the screws that holds the lens in kept falling out. This is the definition of defective part and they wouldn’t replace the glasses. I am now trying to deal directly with Rayban online. Hopefully they will honor the assures quality statement on the back of the receipt.
