- CCCyn Cyn2 days ago2.0Nice standard BPS. If you've seen one, youve seen them all. I made an appointment to pick up my order. Arrived early, checked in and I was ignored for about 30 minutes before I was enven acknowledged. The firearms counter is very disorganized and it doesn't matter if you schedule an appointment or not. They don't care. The staff always looks bored, lost and like they just want to be left alone. Not exactly the type of folks you would want to buy a gun from. Going forward, Ill stick with Academy Sports. The staff is very knowledgeable and mobile pickup is a breeze.

Walked in at 10am when they opened. Shopped a little found the Black Rifle Coffee I like then proceeded upstairs to firearms area. Couple people at the counter with 1 couple being helped so I added my name to the registration kiosk and waited and waited and waited for 45 min. Then left 4 people behind the counter not one offered to assist or look at the list of people waiting. They wernt even busy with only 6 customers upstairs and 4 associats working or rather talking to each other. Finally got the text message they were ready for me at 1130 I was already headed back to florida.

This was the coolest one we’ve been too so far if you go to them like free natural history museums or aquariums. The educational aquarium display was massive and had some crazy fish. There were a ton of stuffed animals too. The atmosphere really is like an outdoorsy amusement park. My photos don’t do it any justice. Plus the staff was kind and we spotted some pretty decent deals on rods and grills.
