  The store is very clean, open, and plenty of cool products. They do repeatedly ask you to join their cc throughout the store which is the only downside. I was particularly looking for my husband some birthday shirts since my online order at another location never came in, and a sweet, attentive, employee I believe named Sabrina or Sarena is what she told me…if not she had blonde hair in a ponytail so forgive me, helped me find exactly what I wanted ! She did ask for assistance, on some sizes they didn’t have out, from another knowledgeable employee whom I did not grab their name. Above and beyond does not justify the level of service I got there. Top notch! Thank you for making my trip to this store worthwhile. Especially after the issues I had with my order from annother store near me in MS. And, thank you for taking time & patience with getting me what I needed.I never bother leaving a review but felt warranted to do so this once.

  If an asteroid the size of Texas ever hits or a Nuclear bomb detonates at ground zero, this place will have everything you need to survive for a few years. In fact, this place has everything you need in a non-emergency non-catastrophe situation for everyday living and recreation. You can even sharpen your shooting skills with laser gun targets but bring plenty of quarters . Tremendous ammo and active wear selections. You can get a great workout walking up the stairs to the second floor or use the elevators if you have ruined your knees from walking the stairs at this place one too many times on multiple shopping trips here. This place is so well designed and anesthetically pleasing that if you've had one too many before you get to the store, you won't know if you're inside a store or outside in the wilderness .

  I went to Bass Pro to buy a 900 dollar scope and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without be acknowledged as a human. A young man was sitting about five feet away. I love the gear but if your employees careless about selling it I can go elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

  Possibly the worst bass pro I’ve ever been to. I’m local to the area and it’s one of the only stores to go to for ammunition and so on around here and I’ve been waiting for the ammunition to be restocked for a few months now I’ve got to the point where I’m ordering it online instead of wasting my gas money and time to see the empty ammo shelves they have here as-well as anything else they sell there is never anything restocked here and if you decide to ask someone about it. It’s like talking to a brick wall. There selection is ridiculous.
