- TFTerry Farmer2 days ago5.0Interacted with gentleman at check out desk. His name is Torrell Spencer. Mr. Spencer went above and beyond helping us, and was so very courteous while doing so. My wife lost something on our way to the car, did not realize it until we got home about 25 miles from the store. Luckily, when she got through, it was Mr. Spencer that answered the phone. He remembered us and said he would check to see if anyone might have turned it in. He called us back a few minutes later and had gone outside and found them. People like Mr. Spencer are hard to come by these days, he is truly a very good person, and judging from how he interacted with all the customers he has, to be one of the better employees at this location. Was indeed a pleasure to meet him.

Could only find 1 check out open in the entire store BUT!- the 2 ladies on the 2 registers were super fast, customer oriented, professional and efficient. The demeanor and efficiency of the one helping me smoothed away any irritation I had about not finding help on the floor. She moved the store experience from 2 stars to 4 stars. If zmI was just rating her service at the check out it would be 5 star

I'm 74 and need jeans that do not sit low on waist. There was absolutely no one around to help. Went to Sephora to look for Gravite cologne. All I saw was cameras and BEEPING in that section, no prices on cologne and again no one in section. Your store is pitiful. May as well be shopping at Walmart. Returning jeans today.

In fact, she stopped and had a few non-work related words with a fellow employee just 15 steps before getting to the register and checking me out. Belks was much better customer service.
