I was ready to just return it and go to an actual jewelry store. Even a manger walked by and didn’t offer to help. This Belk needs to step it up!!!

Made my choices but I could not get anyone to ring up my items at three different check outs. Waited at one register for a few minutes waiting on someone to show up but was told I had to wait because she had a customer to ring up. She never came back! I left $247.00 in merchandise on the register and walked out! Poor customer service, not enough employees, but the employees you do have are not quality retail help.
