I was ready to just return it and go to an actual jewelry store. Even a manger walked by and didn’t offer to help. This Belk needs to step it up!!!

Made my choices but I could not get anyone to ring up my items at three different check outs. Waited at one register for a few minutes waiting on someone to show up but was told I had to wait because she had a customer to ring up. She never came back! I left $247.00 in merchandise on the register and walked out! Poor customer service, not enough employees, but the employees you do have are not quality retail help.

They were both gracious and sweet under less than ideal conditions! I don't get around so good and that much walking and standing had me not so happy, but it was easy for me be to patient when they were so incredible! Kudos to those 2 ladies, JC Penny, treat your best employees BETTER!!!
