We had questions about how things worked with paying ,but the ladies seemed to be inconvenienced by it. The lady took multiple pictures but didn't let us see them all so we could pick the best one. Instead she wanted to talk to a group of people she knew that stopped by. They were very inconsiderate as photographers and rushed us. Why hire people to do a job that aren't willing to tend to the customers and pay attention.

Ultimately we left due to the long wait lines. Why have an option to reserve a time if you're not going to honor that reservation and throw everyone in the same line anyways?? Outside of that issue, it's always been a clean, nice store with friendly staff. Can't say that I shop here ever due to mainly the pricing when the same items can be found elsewhere much cheaper. Update - I did receive a phone call from Ashley, who was very polite and apologetic over our experience. She set us up with a new reservation and did state the situation we had was a one off problem that they corrected on that day. Very impressed with the urgency to fix my lackluster experience, particularly with how fast I received a phone call.
