  Did you know this was in Ozark? We didn't, they had their one year anniversary (Nov-22-25). It is very well organized and clean. Looks like and smells like a new building which is great considering how long the building has actually been there. Friendly staff and decently priced. The best part was my husband was like a kid during Christmas with a sugar high! Every turn he was saying "OMG! Look @ this" "Isn't that so cool?!" "OH I NEED THIS!"

  I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to say Dunhams is a great addition to Ozark, Alabama. I have shopped at Dunhams multiple times since their opening, over a year now. Dunhams is convenient for me, saves me so much time. I prefer it to other sporting good stores in Dothan. Charles at the gun counter has always been respectful and helpful to this woman who lacks expertise in many items in this department. This is my go to store for gifting my husband, son, and nephews. Eric, one of the managers, has also always been respectful. He has approached my husband and myself many times while shopping to ensure we were being attended to, and ensuring we have help finding what we are needing. I might add, he is a great salesman because sometimes we find more than we need! I have never encountered any negative attitudes from Dunhams staff, always met with a "welcome to Dunhams" and smiles. I sure hope Dunhams stays in Ozark for years to come.

  Super rude cashier!!!! They wouldn’t help me find a single thing I was looking for then stood around for ever on there phone while I was trying to ask for help!!!! This isn’t my first inconvenience with this company at the ozark location!!!! Something needs to be done!!!! ASAP!!!!

  Staff is very rude and harass their customers.!!! My nephews were stalked like thieves and then asked to leave for no reason at all. They went back two weeks later with friends to try and purchase merchandise and were told they were trespassing and the police would be called. No one could tell them what they had done to be treated like that. Profiling/discrimination at its best! They were never told to not come back or even that they were banned from the store so how is it trespassing in a public place? There is a team lead Eric who thinks he is judge jury and executioner. Terrible management! Do not recommend!!!

  We were continuously harassed by a group of atleast 10 secret shoppers for absolutely no reason at all, yes 10! me and my brother were simply browsing the ammunition section when we started being followed by a strange man in glasses who never once introduced himself to us, then all of a sudden 3 women workers bombarded us, pushed us out of the way and started acted like they were stocking the shelf’s….. they weren’t… they were just picking up boxes of ammunition and saying the caliber and putting them right back down. I’ve never worked in retail but I know it doesn’t take 3 women to stock one shelf, especially one with a small selection of just rifle ammunition. They did this for about 5 minutes then they walked away and just watched us from about 10 feet away. There’s about 8 people (secret shoppers) surrounding us at this point just staring at us. I walk away away from the ammunition just to get followed by a different strange man in glasses, this one was shorter and wearing a camouflage SITKA pullover, he followed me until I stopped and started looking at baseball cleats, he walks up to me and proceeds asks if I have a kid, then he says that “kids are expensive and hard to take care of”. I found that really rude and unprofessional. I really wouldn’t bring your kids into this store just because of this guy, he seems like he really don’t like kids. Anyways, the other guy in glasses (I’m assuming manager) walks up to asks me “what did you do with with the bullets you had we need to make sure they go back in the right spot” I said I put them back where they belong (because I did). This was the first time he had said anything to me the whole time I was in the store. After I told him I put the bullets back he said “now at this time I’m gonna ask you to leave the store” he was kicking us out but never gave us a reason on why (I have a video do that part). This store singles people out and profiles them, the manager was really way to close to me and had his hands elevated and a very demanding tone, almost felt as if I need to act in self defense, I have no idea what this was about, I would n never steal anything, I have a job for a reason I was simply profiled and harassed right here in this store in ozark Alabama.
