It's never happened for me. I've tried it a half dozen times this year and have never walked out of the store with what I ordered. The last time the order was supposed to be ready by 3. By 4 I still hadn't heard from them so I drove to the store. They couldn't even find the order. That's the 3rd time that's happened this year.
