  I love The Toy Shoppe so much! It's so much fun to visit a real brick-and-mortar toy store, packed with awesome stuff for all ages! They've got the classics and stay on top of the latest toy trends. I've shopped at this store for over 12 years and they've helped me be the cool aunt, giving me ideas when I'm stumped. My nieces are always excited to see the pretty wrapping with the top logo. The fun and friendly staff really cares and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the store. Their online store is great as well and I recommend it to friends no matter where they live in the US because the shipping is reasonable. I'm a Toy Shoppe super fan!

  I called this store to order a specific item and they sent the wrong item and proceeded to argue with me back and forth. Very sad that a company has no idea how to treat its customers and make a positive outcome. Instead Kate Strickland replied with condescending comments and from the start set the tone with, “it’s screams, it’s fine.” As if to tell me that the mix up was my fault and to deal with it…that was insult number one…but it didn’t stop there. Avoid this company. They have no idea how to treat its customers and instead treat them all like a puppy needing to be trained…when the mistake was on them.
