  Super, super disappointed. I have shopped here before numerous times and will never be a customer again. I had a watch band resized here several months ago. I needed the size adjusted again, so I came back. The lady at the counter asked to see the watch, and she said she couldn't resize it since it was a brand they didn't carry! Extremely rude and offensive, as well as outright dishonest as I had just had the same watch worked on at the same store only months prior.

  Took a bracelet in. No one at counter. Someone finally realized I had a question. Another woman came to the counter and said there was a ring to match my bracelet it was only $46 so my bracelet was cheap. She did not have a clue. Rude and unprofessional!!! Don’t give them your business. Arrogant for no reason.

  I absolutely love the engagement ring my husband got at Wares. Thelma is wonderful and always remembers us when we go in the store!!

  Great service! Had a ring sized and repaired. Beautiful work! Would recommend to everyone! They really care about their customers!
