Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- MWMichael WaltersDec 27, 20251.0I have been a Lululemon customer for years and spent thousands of dollars with them. However, this store has caused me to no longer shop the brand as a whole. I went to exchange 2 Christmas gifts that did not fit. They refused to exchange even with the receipt due to the barcode (price tag) sticker being removed. All original hang tags were on the items just the price tag sticker removed, because they were gifts.

And weirdly stingey with bags, even as the woman in front of me had JUST asked for 3 bags (just to have,) I could not get 2 USED bags. I had all 3 of my items shoved into one small bag… Merry Christmas

And one was clearly mislabeled. They were a 0 instead of 2. It was less than 8 hours later.. I took them back with tag removed(I know what size i wear) they were rude and refused to exchange. It was clearly not the same size as the others in my bag. I had to wait to get to my home town where they gladly exchanged. Worst lululemon I have ever been to. In Montgomery, Al!!!

A desperate last minute need for a long distance running shirt left me searching everywhere for a simple black shirt that could hold up to a 27 mile race. When I walked in I was welcomed and assisted with what was nothing less that impeccable and effective customer service. Izzy even picked up on me not seeing exactly what I was looking tor and sent me right to the coveted perfected sleeved black tee I scoured the River Region in search of. This was a great reminder of how enjoyable in person shopping can be with the right team. Thank you to the Montgomery Team for such a great experience. ♥️
