Frustrating attempted return experience. Family member got me a jacket in the wrong size. He removed the price sticker from the tag which also contains what is apparently a necessary for returns bar code. No where on the receipt, tags or Lulu website does it say that if the price sticker is removed (say for a gift) the item can’t be returned. Apparently most stores accept returns without this bar code, just generating a new one, as long as you otherwise have the receipt of original purchase and the tags are intact. It’s just a little more admin work for the associate. Not this store. An associate repeatedly suggested I turn the brand new $168 item in to some “like new” program that gives me a 30 dollar store credit as if that was my only option…bizarre given that the website indicates tags intact and receipt are enough. And Lululemon.com allowed me to process the return for a full refund. Now I just have to mail it for the refund which is inconvenient. Just really disappointing customer service.

I have been a Lululemon customer for years and spent thousands of dollars with them. However, this store has caused me to no longer shop the brand as a whole. I went to exchange 2 Christmas gifts that did not fit. They refused to exchange even with the receipt due to the barcode (price tag) sticker being removed. All original hang tags were on the items just the price tag sticker removed, because they were gifts.

Weird vibe, I felt strangely monitored during my time here (in a clothing store.) Not the friendliest team, but making the Pop-Up happen I guess. And weirdly stingey with bags, even as the woman in front of me had JUST asked for 3 bags (just to have,) I could not get 2 USED bags. I had all 3 of my items shoved into one small bag… Merry Christmas
