I was about to put my stuff back and the manager told me not to do that he was going to get someone to help me. He did just that. Someone in makeup i want to say checked me right out of there. - JWJ WNov 9, 20252.0JCPenney please do better in hiring quality sales associates. I have worked in retail many years and I have never told a customer who is a woman to use the men’s fitting room. There are at least 8-10 women fitting rooms and only 2 were being used and your associate Gabby informed me to use the men’s. I have never refused to provide my name if a customer asked for it. The sales associates are usually very pleasant and friendly except Gabby. Having to be told to use the men’s fitting room like it was okay was very embarrassing, insensitive, and unacceptable to say the least. Holiday season is coming soon and I absolutely dread when she’s working the customer service area.
