I asked to do an exchange without the receipt and she told me they no longer do that since last year didn't give a date just said last year I explained to her that I just did a exchange at the fairview location not even two weeks ago with my id. This manager was working at Fairview now she is at ATL highway with a disgusting attitude if you check the reviews Ive complained about her before . It's not that deep but it was a total lie that you would say y'all BEEN stop exchanging with an receipt when you couldn't even provide a date that it stopped . I'm a Tru shopper there and I do know you can NOT return clearance items. To be professional & wanna be bougie at least have accurate information for customers! Stick to your policies at all locations not just the one that you work in. Not to mention she hadn't even let me leave the store before she hoped on the phone gossiping! How rude & unprofessional but I guess ignorance doesn't have an age!!! I am 33 and have been shopping at city trends since junior high school there is NO LOCATION that will have me on any camera stealing people disregard receipts or lose them. It's ashame to get treated a certain way by a person who holds a grudge because you knew I did a review before !!!! Paying customers should get treated As so and I'm sure I'm on surveillance at the fairview location two weeks ago exchanging an item with my ID. I will be taking this to higher management?!!
