- ABAlberta BellJun 21, 20251.0I visited the location in Eastchase in Montgomery Alabama. I was inquiring about the return policy. The young lady at the counter was pleasant. Then she asked a young lady. She said it was at the manager’s discretion. Then I read the posted return policy and questioned her comment. She again reinstated that the policy is posted but she / they don’t have to follow it. I asked are you the manager and she replied one of the. She was just rude, unprofessional and lack any type of customer service skills. She became very rude and disrespectful. If and I mean if I shop here again it will be online. The only reason I would ever shop here is because my son likes this store. I will be checking the Birmingham and Auburn area for another location.
