Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

She asked many questions until she got the answer that would allow us to not be granted the exchange (stating it was normal wear and tear). When we spoke with the manager, he too was not interested in assisting. He stated the exchange would not be granted because they couldn’t confirm if the item was actually defective (didn’t believe us basically). When I asked what the guidelines were that he followed he stated he couldn’t show me. Seems odd that they were so adamant about not wanting to do the exchange when the item is CLEARLY defective.

I waited at checkout line only to realize the associate was right there looking at me while she socialized with a friend. She never budged or acknowledged me. So I asked the dressing room attendant to check me out. She immediately dropped what she was doing to help me. As we walked up to the counter the other woman then says can I help you. I politely declined her assistance because I knew she had ignored me. The dressing room attendant was so kind and courteous unlike the other woman. I expected better experience. Very disappointed & wont shop there again.
