The only complaint is the timeshare salesmen. I don’t know if they allow this everyday or if I just got lucky but they had some timeshare salesmen harassing people by the elevators with the lamest pitch I’ve heard. It was actually kind of funny. Salesman to a 75 year old man: “hey sir when’s the last time you’ve been to Panama City beach” “Panama city? Huh…I’m just looking for some top water lures” lmao.

Afterwards, they sent me an email canceling my order. Not only have I bought accessories, but I am only back home for Christmas. I will not be able to order something else and pick it up at an FFL before I leave the state again. While I have always liked bass pro, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Their representatives have not answered my calls before I’ve had to hang up due to other obligations. They also have not gotten back to me despite having my email and phone number. I am out $200 in accessories and ammunition that I don’t have a gun to match. I do not plan to shop at bass pro in the future.
