  The associate that assisted me with my return was very nice, but my overall experience was absolutely horrendous. Received my sunglasses in store for pickup they were scratched and I immediately returned them within the same hour I picked them up, (please, ALWAYS make sure to thoroughly inspect your items prior to leaving, I don’t care how long it takes). I was informed I couldn’t exchange due to some outlandish policy about online vs. in store purchase. I was informed that I had to return the item and get a refund which should take 7-10 business days. It’s been 11 days and no pending refund or anything is showing on my account. I called back and not to my surprise, there hasn’t been a refund processed. I wait on hold for 8 minutes while the online assistant is trying to locate my refund. To be honest, I don’t care about all the in between mess regarding how things work with their orders, I’m a customer they’re a business, figure it out. I was told now they are processing my refund and I should see it appear 3-5 days on my account. The lasting experience sticks the most on how an inconvenience is handled and this company dropped the ball 3 times. Mind you, I had ordered my sunglasses directly from the SOURCE sent in excellent condition and in a timely manner while still waiting on a refund. I will not be recommending sunglasshut to any of my family, friends or associates. If I want a particular brand, I’ll go to their website directly so I can get what I purchased without the unnecessary hassle. My goodness.

  Been to many Sunglass Huts, but never to one with service this exceptional. The young lady working was very friendly and helpful!

  Not the friendliest interaction with a lady two days in a row. Asked if they would honor the online Father’s Day $40 off special and they would not. I don’t quite understand encouraging customers to shop online, but they said that’s just the way it works. Staff seemed overwhelmed, so maybe just a bad week.

  this review gets 2stars and NOT 1star cause i usually have a fine time there. if i get the RayBans with the canera it’s to record these awkward and strange encounters with less-than customer service. i go in to simply get a refill of cleaning solution. i express this to the middle-aged Black female associate while i held out the bottle. this woman just stared at me for a good 15seconds like i just asked her to perform double-open-heart surgery or something.. a very simple request…finally she takes the bottle from me to fill it up and hands it back to me with solution dripped all on the outside of the bottle.. why is getting a refill so difficult? they advertise free refills of solution and make the process so incredibly frustrating. what do we have to do to get decent customer service these days? i feel like im on a different planet sometimes. back in my day associates were cheerful and open to help. you spend $200 for a pair of shades and the associates act standoffish and weird when you ask simple requests.
