  Went by the store on Friday, bought my tote bag and ordered the monogramming to go with it and was told it would take 3-5 business days to be done. Well imagine my surprise when I get a call the next evening saying it's finished! (The store hours are wrong on google and they do close at 8pm Monday-Saturday btw) Shoutout to Ryan for coming out a little after 8pm to hand deliver my bag to me!!! Y'all rock.

  Drove 30 miles to go! Also bought tote told it would be ready next day with monogramming now 3 days later I call, they have shipped the bags to Maine to do the work? No idea when or how long it will be to get it! I could have ordered this directly from the website but didn’t because they told me it would be done the next day! So I have nothing! That is an awful way to start the process here in Alabama

  Went 35 miles to get there my daughter bought a bag they told her it would be motagramed out front then went outside they said she could pick it up tomorrow so they called said it was ready she drove 35 miles back to the store to pick it up they put the wrong name on her bag then told her they would ship it we would not have bought it if we new that's the way they do business we bought a lot but won't be back

  So excited to have an LL Bean in Huntsville. A big fan of their clothing. The staff on opening day were super kind and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

  Fun opening weekend event. Popular and good location. Spacious with a really good inventory. A great addition to Huntsville! Although was their opening, staff was knowledgeable and very prepared.
