  Cheryl’s knowledge of sunglasses is flawless. Whatever you want to know about frames, lenses, brands, etc., Cheryl knows the answer. Get your shades from Cheryl or don’t get them at all.

  To begin I didn’t have not one problem with my service or product with this company until I decided I didn’t like a pair as much as I originally thought. I decided to return them and to look toward getting a different pair while they were still having a sale buy one get on half off. I had already spend 1000 out of three locations during the sale while traveling for meetings. When I gave the lady my receipt she didn’t just refund glasses as expected. She refund the whole receipt and then recharged me for the one I was keeping. It wasn’t planed like this but the one I was returning was the more expensive pair. I ended up getting 50 bucks back after handing over a 250 pair of glasses I could’ve kept and resold myself to got more than 50 bucks. I tried to let the situation go especially when she wouldn’t void out the return and just let me keep the glasses everyday I feel as if I was purposely done like that because they were running a sale and possibly thought I doing it on purpose. So I’m actually going to return every pair I bought from the Huntsville, Leeds, Nashville shops next week even if I have to A special trip to were I bought them and then I’ll find me a new place that won’t leaving me feeling like they took advantage of me because I changed my mind on a purchased. I can’t say I’ll ever recommend this company again. I do also play to file a complaint with the Alabama attorney general on their business practices. They should’ve allow to keep them when I wasn’t happy with the 50 instead of tell me it’s already been processed. So buyer beware this is actually a very shade company to but buss with considering how expensive these glasses are. I do expect them to attempt to refuse my refunds next week but I wont hesitate to record and get the local sheriff office to assist. One customer the lost for life after spending thousands over the years.
