- CCCameronFeb 28, 20252.0The associate that assisted me with my return was very nice, but my overall experience was absolutely horrendous. Received my sunglasses in store for pickup they were scratched and I immediately returned them within the same hour I picked them up, (please, ALWAYS make sure to thoroughly inspect your items prior to leaving, I don’t care how long it takes). I was informed I couldn’t exchange due to some outlandish policy about online vs. in store purchase. I was informed that I had to return the item and get a refund which should take 7-10 business days. It’s been 11 days and no pending refund or anything is showing on my account. I called back and not to my surprise, there hasn’t been a refund processed. I wait on hold for 8 minutes while the online assistant is trying to locate my refund. To be honest, I don’t care about all the in between mess regarding how things work with their orders, I’m a customer they’re a business, figure it out. I was told now they are processing my refund and I should see it appear 3-5 days on my account. The lasting experience sticks the most on how an inconvenience is handled and this company dropped the ball 3 times. Mind you, I had ordered my sunglasses directly from the SOURCE sent in excellent condition and in a timely manner while still waiting on a refund. I will not be recommending sunglasshut to any of my family, friends or associates. If I want a particular brand, I’ll go to their website directly so I can get what I purchased without the unnecessary hassle. My goodness.

Apparently this long-and-narrow style Sunglass Hut store is one of Luxottica's latest concepts and attempts to cram a retail space into every corner possible of a shopping area. Still pretty neat though. The cashier helped me clean my sunglasses and get them tightened up a bit for a better fit. I'd come back here again to get a new pair.
