I walked around for a bit, searching for a pair of jeans for a long legged, skinny, no butt having, tall teenager. I was struggling so I went to the front counter and spoke with, who I found out was Kalwin. He was more than happy to help me. He knew all the products like the back of his hand. He informed me that the store does price match what is on their website, after I expressed concern about not usually being the one to spend this much on jeans. He said that Madewell jeans seem to be on the lengthier side and stay in good shape for a long time. He did the price matching for me, while I was in the store. He was able to help me find a pair of jeans for half the price of what they were in store for my son. He assured me that if we have any trouble with these not fitting or working for any reason, there is a 30 day return policy. I will honestly be going back in the future because of Kalwin and the positive experience he provided. I didn't feel belittled or demeaned as a customer who was in there and not usually one to spend money on more expensive clothing items. I had to go back in and edit my review. My son, who I was looking for 32 x 36 or 32 x 38, just tried on his new jeans. They fit him beautifully! He even really likes them! Thank you again Kalwin!

- CBChristina BoatrightNov 28, 20251.0I went to the store to find a coat on Black Friday. They didn’t have the size I needed on the rack, but the same coat was on the mannequin. When I went up to the counter to ask if they had any more available in the size I needed, the cashier looked annoyed and said the size I needed was on the mannequin. I asked if I could try it on and she said they weren’t allowed to take it off. She was very rude. She didn’t offer any further assistance or apologize for the inconvenience. I also noticed the other cashier with another customer roll her eyes when he asked a question.
