- NSNaya SmithFeb 7, 20265.0I had the best experience with my son today at the LEGO store. Austin noticed my son's One Piece straw hat when he walked into the store. He immediately directed him to the shelf of One Piece builds. My son excitedly told him that today was his birthday and he received a gift card with $150 bucks on it. Austin said, "Today's your birthday? Mention it to the staff when you are checking out and you can get a free mini fig." Austin was waiting with the mini fig setup by the register. Lane was pleasant at the checkout. Gianna seemed truly interested in speaking with my son. Lane, Austin, and Gianna were/are the sweetest. Austin mentioned a workshop on the 22nd with a dog LEGO set between noon and 2. We will hopefully be there. I can honestly say that I have been to this shop about 4 times and have had a positive experience each time. This is one of the few places where the staff seem as if they sincerely enjoy their jobs. They don't act as if they hate life. Also, as we were checking out my son announced it was his birthday for the 100th time while in the store. The customers waiting behind us told him happy birthday as well. ❤️
