They don’t even know their own store policies and get ugly with you when you show proof from the website!! I have shopped here for many years, and it has been going downhill for a long time. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Even shopping online has become a gamble. I have received USED shoes from online orders. Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

A manager was called and confirmed that I, the customer, was correct. While the manager resolved the return, the cashier's behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional, and witnessed in front of many other customers and my two young kids. There were no apologies given.
