  Waited for an hour at the service center trying to purchase a water pump kit that they said they had in stock before I drove an hour down here. After the hour and 3 different people later as only 1 person knows how to use the computer they don't have it but can order will take a week so great order it and the guy just leaves and starts helping a guy buy a boat and literally dropped me after we finally found the part worst customer service I've seen!! Hire a freaking parts guy that actually gives a crap!!!!

  I usually love it here, but there is a recent issue that needs to be corrected. There are now obstinate salesmen in the store who are not even selling Bass Pro Shop products. In my case, I ran into a hotel vacation salesman, and he would not stop talking and let me continue shopping, even though I politely told him I am not interested multiple times. This kind of behavior not only makes me not want to buy the product but makes me less likely to shop at Bass Pro in general. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful and the store has an excellent stock.

  Bass Pro Huntsville proves that old fashioned customer service is alive and well! Stephen and Tyree were superb helping me with a complicated order and made sure I received mt military discount. I felt honored and valued as a customer. These folks are very well trained and put customer satisfaction at the forefront of every visit!

  Love Cabelas! We bring our kiddos in all the time to see the aquarium. The older gentleman that works in at gun counter in the back- Mac, is always there. He is so good to my kids & is always talking to my husband about the guns. Very informative & knowledgeable - always answers all of my husbands questions! Hes a great addition to the store - The friendliest and nicest Employee; even when he is busy; hes always taken the time to talk to us! I hope Cabela's knows what a treasure they have with Mac! Getting closer to narrowing down which firearm to buy for my husbands birthday! Be back soon!
