- RRRobJan 3, 20261.0This review is based on online orders that were made through this store. Between my wife and I, we placed 5 online orders over a week. Some boxes were lost for 2 weeks. 1 box was only found because someone looked through the entire back room. My last name was misspelled, with the 1st letter being different. Items in packages were miscounted. After everything was almost cleared up, I was still out 2 boxes of ammo because someone wrote the wrong amount that they put in the delivery. I had called the store and spoke to a manager. I told him what happened and he said he would put a note in there that I was owed 8 boxes of ammo, not 6. That didn't happen. When I was in the store, I was told there was no note. That negated any savings I would have had on the ammo I ordered. It took over 2 weeks to get everything else straightened out. I will never do on online order with them again. Thanks for the response, but I'm just going to cut my losses. Between phone calls and time in the store, I've got over 2 hours into trying to straighten this out. Even if you were to make this right, I have no confidence that any future order would be correct.

- ASAustin SparksDec 25, 20251.0Don't trust the people behind the gun counter to know anything. Duped my mother saying "Oh yeah a weaver style rail will work with any cantilever mount." No.. it doesn't. Weaver rails are designed for scope rings. A cantilever mount will fit all picatiny rails, but not all weaver rails unless they're cut for it. So there goes dad's ruined Christmas. Do better, go to Mr Big Guns or Bullet & Barrel.
