There were clothes everywhere and most everything was 50% off in at least one area of the store. If you can't find something in here, I'm not sure there is any hope for you to find something. 😂
- JMJo MMar 22, 20261.0I visited the Belk at Parkway Place Mall in Huntsville, Alabama, on Sunday the 22nd, between 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. I was looking for assistance at the Elizabeth Arden counter, but no one was there. I approached the Estée Lauder counter, where three women stood. One older white woman with short gray hair and red lipstick responded when I asked if anyone could help at Elizabeth Arden. She told me, “They don’t sell color.” I asked again for clarity, and she repeated the same phrase. Eventually, she added that the products were only sold online. However, her initial choice of words felt deliberate and inappropriate. After I got help from a helpful MAC associate, the Estée Lauder woman returned to justify herself, but I had already explained my concern. I expect better communication and respectful wording from staff in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
