  They didn't have a large selection in the jeans I needed so I ended up having to get a color I didn't want and order the rest. The staff in the dressing rooms was quite good but the checkout lady was really friendly and helped me save money.

  Horrible return policy. Rude employees. I have to wait for an item from the total order before I can return the items I have already received in the store. They won't let me cancel the jeans in process. Make it make sense. Do better. Unbelievable.

  I left my expensive headphones in the the fitting room and after a couple days the staff was able to track them down and reunite me with them - all while Black Friday weekend was happening. Propa to them for putting in that effort. Otherwise, I've been wearing AE jeans forever, they are the most comfortable and have decently sized pockets. That BF sale was legit! Overall I've always been happy with the products, their service, and now them getting these headphones back to me. Very thankful.

  Five stars for Mallory! She has helped me with finding a pair of jeans twice and she is so kind and helpful! I don't shop at AE much but I have been impressed with their customer service! Thanks Mallory for an awesome experience!
