When I walked into the store, I was not greeted despite standing 4 feet from the checkout desk. As I browsed the racks, a sales clerk discussed how folks with no money like to come into store and mess up the clothes. As she continued to discussed customers and the need to put up bras, I walked out and I went upstairs to Torrid. Her remarks made me uncomfortable and I walked out. I have been a loyal customer of Lane Bryant for more than 20 years but tonight I was disheartened by the sales clerk's behavior. I will never return to this store.
