- SFShanetrice Fortner5 days ago1.0I was returning an item to Express Riverchase location today and the encounter was the most disrespectful and disturbing experience I’ve ever seen in this store. I was approached by Michael (white guy with brown hair bob length) at the register. I was explaining to him what happened and wanted to share my story with the young man who helped me with the purchase. Michael was very rude and misunderstanding of what i was communicating and decided to snatch, throw and kick things behind the counter because what he thought was a compliant was not.. Kourtlen stepped in and assisted me further. This is where I think Michael became angry. Long story short.. Kourtlen provided me with outstanding customer service the week before and I shared with him the whole experience of how I got back to returning the dress. While telling the story Michael is determine to prove a point we all are aware of, so he interrupts and gives eye rolls and attitude. All along as mentioned to Kourtlen I just wanted to share my story because he was so kind and very helpful with the initial purchase. Michael was rude, very unprofessional, completely disrespectful, and just disturbing with the way he handled this simple process. I wanted to exchange the suit but after his loud, obnoxious, disrespectful comments and actions I decided to refund the item and not spend money at this location.
