- DGD GelpinJul 24, 20251.0They are CROOKS at this point. They're lying about deliveries and refusing to refuse or even work with people. They USED to be the go to for birthday days and special occasions, but BUYER BEWARE... They will promise a delivery then, when then delivery can't happen, they will refuse to provide any other options except for pickup. Pickup? The initial point was for it to be delivered and be a surprise or it needed to be delivered because of time and scheduling. Apparently I'm not the only one to have this experience. I should have read the reviews sooner. They WILL NOT be in business much longer if they continue this business model of, "Well, it can't be delivered due to the delivery methods we use. We take no responsibility on that and care nothing about your special occasion but we'll keep your money and you can waste your time trying to come pick it up unexpectedly..." Skip these people. Buy a visa gift card. It'll last longer and taste better. In more ways than one...

I called and spoke to Jaime at the Hoover store who had horrible customer service skills. Pretty much said the arrangement is here somewhere and I should have called sooner.

The manager admitted to the fruit being over ripe but wouldn't give me a refund nor send another arrangement and demanded pics like I was lying. They are too high to be sending out old fruit and bad customer service
