- L2Lissalu 22Jun 7, 20251.0I wanted an item that didn’t have my size available in store. I was told they could order it and it would be delivered in 2-3 days. At checkout she said my old address and asked if this is where I wanted it shipped, I told her NO I have moved. She had trouble entering it in and had to call a manager, so I confirmed literally 5 different times at the counter she had my new address before paying. Twenty minutes after leaving the store I got the purchase email and she shipped it to the wrong address anyway. I called customer service to which I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come to the phone only to tell me the rule of changing the shipping address couldn’t be corrected in the first hour due to it was ordered in store and not on my account online. So my package is going to the wrong address which is almost an hour away. It couldn’t be canceled and reordered because it was now out of stock online. And then to top it all off I only ordered this for a vacation which it is now not going to arrive by. That 2-3 days, is now 2 weeks and the package is STILL not here.
