    The order was nothing like what I ordered. I paid $70 to not get what I paid for. It was delivered late. My wife had to go back to school to pick it up. I had to pay $19 for service fee. Completely disappointed in this order. My first time ordering since the name change. Appears more have changed. I can guarantee I will never order from you or your family of companies again. Very unfortunate.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Edible Arrangements – 871 location. I placed an order on February 11 for delivery on February 13 for a meaningful and time-sensitive occasion. On the evening of February 13, I received a notification that the order had been delivered at 10:33 PM. However, nothing was delivered, and no photo proof was provided. The recipient never received the arrangement. This was not simply a delay. The order was inaccurately marked as delivered. Because of the late notification, I had the recipient check the front porch, surrounding areas, and neighboring homes, which completely ruined the surprise and caused unnecessary frustration. I attempted to call the store multiple times during posted business hours and received no answer. I also emailed customer service that night and was told someone would reach out first thing in the morning. No one did, and I had to follow up again myself. On February 14, I finally reached someone by phone and was told the order had been on the delivery van but was “overlooked” due to other orders. I was offered a refund, which I initially declined because I wanted the situation corrected. I was promised an upgraded arrangement with flowers and assured it would be delivered that day. I specifically requested photo proof of delivery and was assured it would be emailed. It never was. The redelivery never arrived, and no proactive follow-up was made. As of today, the arrangement was never delivered. I relied on the store’s assurances and informed the recipient it would arrive, which led to personal embarrassment when it did not. This occurred during Valentine’s Day, which makes the lack of execution and follow-through even more disappointing given the significance of the occasion. The delivery address is only about 2.3 miles from the store, so this should not have been a difficult delivery to complete. At no point did the store take proactive ownership of correcting the mistake. A refund was eventually issued, but I would have much preferred the arrangement be delivered as promised. The occasion itself could not be refunded. Based on this experience, I will not be returning as a customer. If it were possible, I would give this location zero stars. This experience included: • An order falsely marked as delivered • No proof of delivery • Multiple unanswered calls during business hours • A confirmed redelivery that never occurred • Lack of ownership and accountability I hope this location improves its tracking accuracy and communication so other customers do not experience the same issue.

    the staff, and customer service team are absolutely amazing and so easy to work with! when my arrangement arrived it was not only fresh, but breathtaking work. Don’t listen to the negativity, this business is outstanding!!
